Joseph Galligan joined FBB as Director of Finance in 1997 and was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining FBB, Mr. Galligan held various positions in private industry, including Controller of North American Operations for Automotive Safety Components International, a leading international manufacturer of automotive airbags. Other experience includes financial management positions in both public and privately held enterprises in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He also has extensive experience in public accounting. Mr. Galligan started his career as an auditor for Arthur Anderson & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1976.
