Gregory J. Forrest has been a Partner in FBB since its formation in 1993. Mr. Forrest joined Security Pacific Venture Capital in 1973, became its Executive Vice President in 1983 and its President and Chief Executive Officer in 1990. In 1992, Mr. Forrest became the Chairman and President of the BankAmerica Venture Capital following the merger of Security Pacific Corporation and BankAmerica. Mr. Forrest earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Graduate School of Business in 1973, graduating as a Commerce Associates Fellow and received a BS in Chemical Engineering, with distinction, from Arizona State University in 1969. Mr. Forrest serves as a director to a number of FBB portfolio companies.
