Nicholas B. Binkley has been a Partner in FBB since its formation in 1993. Mr. Binkley joined Security Pacific National Bank as an Assistant Vice President in 1977. He moved to Security Pacific Financial Systems in 1983 as Deputy Administrator for domestic non-banking subsidiaries, which included Security Pacific Venture Capital where he served on the investment committee from 1983 to 1993. He became Vice Chairman of Security Pacific Corporation responsible for all non-banking subsidiaries in 1990 and a member of the Board of Directors in 1991. Following the merger of BankAmerica and Security Pacific he became Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of BankAmerica. Mr. Binkley received his MA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in 1971 and his BA in Political Science from The Colorado College in 1968. Mr. Binkley serves as a director to a number of FBB portfolio companies and community service organizations.
